If it's just during urination...it's probably a symptom of dehydration, or it could be something else.
If not...then I haven't a clue. Don't bump into stuff?

ok call me crazy but my spirt guid fredrick say that it's fine but i don't no wiht this si true but if you cut down on masterbating for a lil while it would go awat it like alost with maby you should get this cehcked out to it's like a blood clot type thing and it geting sor cuz there no cerulation going trew that part of the penis so cal me crazy but it would not hurt to get it chuted out just in case

Get an urinalysis test together with the most basic Complete blood count. The urinalysis will confirm if you have an urinary tract infection together with the increased WBCs.

Make an appointment to see a urologist. You mght have an infection called UTI Urinary Track Infection. Or you might have bladder stones. Or other things.....
