you can talk in a different pitch, or you can hire an accent` couch. They can help you to speak in differnt dialects.

The best way is to speak softly!
When you lower the volume of your voice people will have to concentrate in order to hear you. Try it. You'll find that talking softer give you more attention than yelling.

I have the same problem, I talk really low sometimes and I don't realize it at first, not until they say "what"? you just have to conciously work on it.....of course you can't change your voice, just how you present your words.
