A very successful lawyer parked his brand-new Jaguar XL-8 in front of the office, ready to show it off to his colleagues. As he got out, a truck came along, too close to the curb, and completely tore off the driver's door of the Jag. The counselor immediately grabbed his cell phone and dialed 911. In less than five minutes, a policeman pulled up. Before the cop had a chance to ask any questions, the lawyer started screaming hysterically. His Jag, which he had just picked up the day before, was now completely ruined and would never be the same, no matter how the body shop tried to make it new again. After the lawyer finally wound down from his ranting, the cop shook his head in disgust and disbelief. I can't believe how materialistic you high Rollin lawyers are, he said. You are so focused on your possessions that you don't notice anything else. How can you say such a thing? asked the lawyer. The cop replied, did’t you know that your left arm is missing from the elbow down?

i could could desire to declare its a tie between medical doctors and engineers. Pre-med pupils oftentimes could desire to spend their 4 years slaving away for a three.6+ gpa and development a profile that includes volunteer service. Then comes the grueling application cycle and then interviews. At each and every step they weed out people for trivial nonacademic motives. For engineers, i think of the sole subject for them is passing their licensing examination which as i've got heard from a grad scholar is difficult. legal experts are overly considerable, regardless of if it does not advise that they at the instant are not clever. the main difficult hurdle for admissions is the LSAT. based if the faculty is 1st or 2d tier they could desire your numbers as severe as achievable. Philosophy and math majors frequently do nicely on the try, meaning that the toughest factor of this is the logical reasoning element. not one of the tests reported, MCAT, LSAT and licensing examination ever try on memorization. all of them revolve around application of a few skill or concept. there's a rationalization why physics majors pop out on perfect on the MCATs and why philosophy and math majors do nicely on the LSATs
