see a doctor and get right down to the point of it.
drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep, and try live as stress free as possible, eat plenty of vegies, and fruits, and calcium, and exercise.
you should always take a daily multi-vitamine like GNC healthy hair, skin, and nails pills or try daily vitamine for women.

Are you stressed at all? Stress usually causes hair loss, so this may be a factor, but otherwise I would just switch your shampoo and conditioner to see if there are any changes. If your hair continues to fall out, I would ask your doctor just to make sure everything is fine.

This time of year it's normal you loose some hair. Also keep in mind that a hair only lives for about 7 years, then it falls out.
Stress can give hair loss also medicines.Mostly your hair will come back(by woman).

Stress can cause your hair to fall out.
Did you ask the stylist about it? If not, I'd go back and ask her.
There could also be a vitamin or hormone deficiency so you may want to ask your doctor.

Losing your hair is usuallly a sign of vitamin defficiency. Your local pharmacist can tell you what vitamins you need. You are also supposed to change your shampoo about every three months.

if your hair is not falling out drastically then its probably just shedding. We shed our hair just like animals in the fall im serious. Also as long as you dont have a eating disorder then its gonna go like nicole richies.just give it a little bit of time.and it probably not the shampoo and conditoner.Try a hot oil treatment.good luck
