Three men fell out of a boat, they drowned but they managed to get back to the surface, on the surface, only two men got their hair wet, WHY??

If they had drowned they'd be dead and no one would get back to the surface. This "riddle" makes no sense.

They were divers the two men accidentally removed their head protector and got drowned, The other guy saved his fellow men and managed to get back to the surface.

Or they fell right? Dead bodies will float to the surface and the other guy is bald. The three dead men was pushed by the waves into the surface.

When they drowned they did so it soon to be frozen water. After thousands of years they were receistated by future medicine. Two of the people when thawed had their hair wet, but the 3rd guy was completely bald, so thus couldn't get his hair wet.

Lol riddle hard to answer when you haven't heard him before.
