I think a walk before dinner is the best. But make sure you drink 2-3 glasses of water before, during and after walking. It will make sure you not to take a big amount of dinner. Be discipline.

One reason is because it will raise your metabolism. It is best to eat within 1 hour of exercising.
Also if your stomach is empty it will use energy from your fat stores. Woohoo!
You are not supposed to exercise soon after you eat. It is said, for every 200 calories wait an hour. If your meal is a regular 400 calorie meal or contains protein that would mean waiting about 2 hours. Depending on the intensity of the walk/your fitness level the body could focus on the exercising instead of digesting the food you just ate properly.

By all means after the dinner, so you can burn calories that you just ate. But try to have a 1/2 hour pause between dinner and a walk. Regards...

after, but then dont come home and eat, you put on more weight after dinner because you dont do any exercise, but you should get up 1/2 and hour earlier and do it in the morning, it will really help you through the day.

i say go after then you will have energy and can burn some of what you ate, i always think exercise or atleast some exercise is always good after you and before you go to bed so that you arent going to bed with all of that, but if do go before do early in the morning when you wake up, this will give you energy for the day and will start your day off good and your still burning off what you ate last night.
