he probably likes you but isnt sure if you feel the same, hes not wanting to create an uncomfortable situation for you by telling you that so hes tryin to test the waters, those little gestures are meant to be noticed and if you like him thats your cue to let him know somehoe that its ok to maybe flirt or become closer to you. sometimes what we do with our eyes and bodys says more then our words.
