Losing weight is not always easy. What you need to do is change your lifestyle. Eat lots of vegetables, fruit, wholegrain cereals, low fat dairy foods and small portions of meats and fish. The less processed foods are always better choices and is it best to buy fresh foods. An example of a daily intake would be something like yoghurt and museli for breakfast, piece of fruit for snack, lunch, wholegrain salad sandwich with low fat cheese or meat. Dinner small portion of meat or fish with loads of vegies or salad. Or maybe some pasta or rice with vegies and small amount of protein. You need to make sure you exercise at least 5 times per week and better if at least for half and hour. You need to do good cardio workouts such as walking, jogging, cycling, swimming etc. Best if you vary these too. Start with 10-15 mins if you do not currently exercise and work up to 45 mins to an hour each day. You will definately lose weight. Oh and don't forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, the more the better. And low sugar is best.

We just had diabetes enter our home and we are watching CARBS. And drinking lots of water NO POP. A normal diet has 2-3 carbs per meal per day. 1 carb is 15g. Read the labels on the food in your home and find out two things: How much is a serving. How many carbs are in that serving. Then only eat a serving. There are tons of recipes in the New Better Homes and Garden cookbook that have low carbs and are really great. After watching carbs in our house we have lost about 20 lbs in about 21/2 weeks (4 of us). Now we are watching carbs, and salt. Still drinking a lot of water. It is really working...hope this helps.

If you want to lose weight, then start now by cutting down and eventually eliminating sugar from your diet, quit eating Fast Foods, eat a lot of whole grain and try a vegetarian diet, even better if you can go Vegan. And a protein supplement to your diet. Drink 1 gallon of water a day. Cut down on your food size proportions. AND, you must include some type of cardiovascular activity.

Well I know you don't want a web link but give a minute to explain. I have lost 17 pounds in 21 days and I have dropped 2" in my waist size. Now my friend this is without skipping meals and without exercise. I have simply added this to my current lifestyle. It's not a "diet" it's an "addition" to your daily routine. I was skeptical at first but I tell you the truth (I am a Pastor) it really works as I have folks in my church who are also doing the same. So with that said newlifestyletoday.org ...
