Perhaps go online with a voice chat and you can listen and talk back to english speaking people.

I will share with you what made me more comfortable with my french.
First of all read alot of books, there is also great videos and tapes you can borrow from your local library.
One thing I found the most helpful was watching french movies and then I would turn on my t.v caption option and read while i heard them talk.
It really helps with the accents.
Also Im not sure if you use chat rooms or not, but if you don't then consider it.
listening to other people using the language you want to learn can be very helpful.
Also why not look online for some english teaching websites. I found a really good one you can check out.

Surround yourself with the language. Watch english movies with the subtitles on. Speak in english with your family whenever you get the chance. Read english books. Listen to english radio. Just be creative.

Take English enhancer courses. They are available on the internet and will enable u to learn very good spoken English in a very short period of time. They cost somewhere between 28 and 70 dollars per language.

order a language course on line
best of all would be a friend who speaks English
If you can afford it then use e-mail to find a partner and use an internet telephone service for live chat

Well, you could take English classes or rent English videos. I guess it would be hard without anyone to talk to, but there's got to be someone who speaks it.

watch english tv as much as you can ( music videos ,movies, tv shows , news . ect ) or radio and also read english books ....
i used too also practice seaking english in my head
