Don't worry, I'm not planning on it. But I am wondering how prolonged exposure to it affects skin?

And would there be any absorption of sugar into my body?

You would go broke buying the cranberry juice, and would still need to take a regular bath to clean off the color of the cranberry juice. There is nothing that is going to be absorbed through the skin.

Cranberry juice is an acid, but it's a mild one. As long as you didn't soak forever, it would actually be good for your skin. It's recommended in a lot of books as a good exfoliating agent, when mixed with something abrasive, like sea salt.
It would also, depending on how long you soaked, probably give your body hair a reddish tint.
I imagine prolonged exposure would be a bit hard on sensitive bits, like your genitals, however, so I would limit my soak if I were you.

I think you will have burns on your body from the acidity of the cranberries. Better have a milk bath. More soothing and beneficial

You would transform into Cranberry Man.
The world's first ever cranberry superhero.
No, your skin would probably turn a reddish hue.
There are vitamins and nutrients in Cranberry juice.
But they are better for you when they are ingested.
