Okay, I am in 8th grade. There is this guy in my class named Chris. I have liked him for the past year. When I told him this he freaked out! He said that he hated me and would never go out with me. But for the past week he looks back from his seat( I sit in the back of the class and he sits in the front). He just stares at me for about 1-2 minutes and then looks away when I see him looking at me. Also, about 2 days ago, I was doing a math problem on the board and he told the entire class "She got Jeniffer Lopez's @ss over night." I didn't find this out until the day after from the entire class. So, my question is does he really like me or is he really just that perverted? I really like him but I don't know if he likes me. He might just want to"get some" off of me. Can you please help?!

There are a lot of ways to tell if he likes you. The whole starring at you is definitely a sign. If when you talk to him he trys to either get out of the conversation or talks nervous then he almost definitly likes you. you should try starring at him and if he sees u and quickly turns away then he likes you and even if he sort of gives you a weird look like why are u starring at me then alot of times that means he doesnt like you but it could be his way of forshadowing what he really wants to say and realy in his mind doesnt want you to know it. BUT IT IS NOT A GOOD IDEA TO GET INVOLVED WITH SOMEONE WHO SEZ INAPPROPRIATE THINGS LIKE WHAT HE SAID. BUT IF HE APPOLOGISES TO YOU AND TELLS EVERYONE THAT HE SHOULDNT HAVE SAID SOMETHING LIKE THAT THEN II REALLY MEANS HE LIKES YOU IF HES WILLING TO GO TO THOSE LENGTHS SO YOU WON'T BE MAD AT HIM. hope this helps

You are probably overweight. He likes you, but is afraid that his friends won't approve. He made that comment to see how the others would react. He's not perverted, just an insecure little wuss with no mind of his own.

I would take his initial reaction as more legitimate. He has probably had second thoughts and think he might be able to 'get some' as you mentioned, because he now realizes you like him.
Be very careful. If he is ashamed to say he likes you now, it won't get any better if you get intimate with him. Find a nicer guy!

oh man were to begin. a youll never know if you dont ask him, and from personaly expoerience, guys at that age are stupid. we are a bunch of raging horemones, basiclay a walking testerone factory. so he probobly is just wondering if youre easy.

he is probably confused, and seems like he likes you, but as you maybe know guys at his age do not know how to get it across. all they do is stupid stuff, like he made this comment about your A$$. Try to become friends, maybe seat next to him. see what happens. or tell him you still like him

I know this is confusing.I know you like him.I know you don't want to, but you need to tell him( if he continues )to stop.Don't let it progress any further.Believe it or not, that also affects you if this happens to your friend.My best friend is dating this perve,Jonny who keeps...doing....and saying....STUFF to other girls like my other friend,Ashley...While he was going out with someone else.He slapped Ash's @$$.So tell him to S-T-O-P.
