Chilpolte CHicken Salad - the dressing is to die for....where can it be found?

It is probably Sysco Food Services. So just look in specialties stores around your area and try some of them you might get something even better. Or try D&B maybe they'll sell you a whole bucket of it and be prepare to eat a lot of it cause it comes in 1gal. qty.
