first of all you should know some proper English grammar(that's concerning the way you asked this question, i had hard time figuring it out!)
and then:
- looks, not too good looking though, because then all the girls will be around that guy;
- mature, though i've never seen one yet;
- nice manared;
- treats everybody nicely;
- isn't perverted;
- dresses nicely, no baggy clothes or homeless look;
- educated;
- likes mature music, like country and oldies, NOT rap and hard rock, and metal, no offence if you do, but i don't like that kind of stuff;
- doesn't drink alcohol like it is an apple juice;
- doesn't do drugs;
- doesn't hang out with idiotic people who do drugs and drink and party all the time;
- doesn't talk behind people's back, like rumours and stuff;
- doesn't make fun of everybody even if the person is different;
- cares about people;
- is not into gaming too much, like 24/7, that is not going to fly with me;
- is not lazy and respects other's interests;
that is all i can think of right now.

It depends on the girl, I like guys who are Funny, Polite, Religious, and just a lot of fun to hang out with. Also looking clean and smelling good works too. I know some guys think girls like gay guys because they are gay. It's really because they spend a lot of time on themselves. And sometimes we don't realize they are gay

USMCsting:Confidence yes, but not too much, you will come across as arrogant and cocky, egotistical.
How about: personality, since of humor, I like some guys to have longer hair (sexy), some not so long, And you have got to have manners, you've got to be polite.

Find out the interests of the girl you really like (for example, watching movies or swimming). then, ask her out doing exactly what she's really interested to do. before you know it, the two of you will be inseparable. good luck.
