I think the real reason that many of the atheists that convert from Christianity do so because they fail to use the same skepticism that they reserve for Christianity on atheism. As for your question, whatever other Christians may or may not do, I read the bible quite frequently, thank you.

Sadly, I am sure there are many people who do not read their Bible on a regular basis. I read mine most everyday. Usually numerous times throughout the day. I need what I am taught in the Word. It is how I learn and grow. It is how God speaks to us. I have a great need to learn His will for me and to hear Him because I am lost without Him.

Many do but even Satan knows the word.
You have to read the word and get it in your soul. Once that happens you become hungry and have a desire to read the word and live an upright life.

Reading the Bible is one thing; studying it with understanding is another thing. Some people who claim to have read the Bible really have no clue of what it says.

I am a Christian and I read my Bible.All Christians should read the Bible more. It's God's Word.
