You may have to go with something that has the letter in it, but may not have a food that actually starts with the letter; like aRRoz. The W and K are extremely rare in Spanish and are usually only in words that are from other languages.
If this is for a class you need to ask your teacher what to do with K and W; if you were my student I would tell you not to worry about a food for those letters. I would however consider kiwi. I am not sure how to say that in Spanish but it may be the same.
