take a hot steamy shower and blow realy hard. (the mist rly does loosten it up)

Take a good cold medicine, like Alka Seltzer Plus for colds, drink a lot of water, put a humidifier in your bedroom at night and rub a dab of Vick's vapor rub under your nose. Also, chicken noodle soup really will help you feel better, even if just for the moment. Hope you feel better soon.

Depends on if it's allergies or a cold. Sudafed or something similar can work for a cold.

peppermint or honey lemon tea work great for me or a vaporizer might work also vicks chest rub stuff works good too hope you feel better

stick your finger up your nose and eat your buggers and if u think about it, u digest it and it never comes back. If its a big bigger, just lick it until it desolves
