My friends down becuase his Brother wont do plastic surgery on?

My friends down becuase his Brother wont do plastic surgery on him .I do try to cheer him up but its to no avail.

A little background his brother is a plastic surgeon that gets to do 1 free operation a year . He has given his mom a tummy tuck and his step sister breast augmentation .

My friend has a condition that predisposes him to gaining weight on the middel.yet his brother wont operate on him . He has repeatley done what his brother suggested such as running or trying to eat high protein diets. Since he doesnt make much money eating a high protein diet is expensive .My friend does work out 3 time a week .

Should my friend accept it and move on ?

I can tell this eats him up inside .

Would there be a better way for my friend to approach his brother on this ?

I have a feeling his brother is trying to protect him, as some of those operations are dangerous.
