fiber cereals like fiber one, or all bran are pretty gross as-is, but they usually have a muffin that recipe on the side of the box, and boy o boy, are they good!!! eat one of those babies with an apple or another peice of your fave fruit, and you got yourself a high fiber breakfast.
also, there is uncle sam cereal, it has like 10 grams of fiber per serving, plus it has omega 3 fatty acid, which is really good for you.

Check some items out at your local healthfood store.Granola and soymilk is an easy quick breakfast plus it's high in fiber. Juts try to find one thats high quality without too much sweetener. Also oatmeal with fruit such as peaches, strawberries or bananas.

I believe in oatmeal - especially the kind you cook the old fashioned way - Scottish oatmeal. I make it and then add fruit and honey or brown sugar to it. It's wonderful with a piece of Wheatberry toast. YUMMY!
