the time my parnets had rented a uhall ad it was parked in our driveway on a downward slope and i somehow got the idea that i had enough time to let the parking brake go walk to the back of the truck jump on the back and hold on to the cool bar there, ride it to the end of the drive way , hop of and pull the brake up before the uhall hit the end of out driveway
k well our drive way was maybe 15 ft long, i sat in the cab pulled up the brake, it started moving fast, i bailed out the door in to the artichoke bushes and watched as the truck sailed across the street missing my neighbors new car by inches.
my parents asked me what happened ( they saw the truck and all the thorne pricks all over me) i inisisted i had no idea, it scarred the crap outta me, looking back its kinda funny though, but I or that car could really been hurt

I think I've shared them all with my kids, always putting them in the right context, of course.....

My hilarious adventures/incidents were hilarious but never anything I'd be ashamed of. They were more mischievous than shameful. I'm actually kind of proud of some of those things and wanted my kids to see that side of me.

One time my bf, my sister and her bestfriend were on our way to the movies. We were playing padiddle on the way. It goes like this. When you see a vehcile with one of thier lights out, you hit the ceiling and say padiddle, the last one has to remove an article of clothing. We got to the movie theater and my sister, bf, and her friend were almost completely stripped. Well when you shut off the car the lights come on for about a min.....there was a couple in the car next to us and the guy was staring into our vehicle and his gf was pissed and hit him and started yelling. When I noticed I tried to cover the windows with my sweater. They all got dressed....We got out and started walking in...my sister and her friend were walking ahead of me and my bf. All of the sudden I noticed my boyfriends tie hanging out of the back her pants, dragging on the ground!!! I busted out laughing and pointed it out to the others! They all laughed and she had no idea, when I showed her I thought she would die. We weren't the only ppl walking into the theater LOL!! She had a good laugh too, and we still giggle about it today

Way back in 1972 I came home from after-after-prom a lttle tipsy. I fell down the basement steps and landed on top of my dad who was putting his shoes on to go to work. Woops.

i'm known to be the poster child of all goodness. straight a's student, captain of debate team and accomplished athlete in the swimming pool. but when my heart was broken on my 23rd birthday, i got really drunk one night and danced on a bar. i slipped and landed on the bartender which led into me screaming and kicking him, thinking he was trying to sexually abuse me while all he wanted to do was help me stand on my feet. got kicked out of the bar and after six months i went there again and they remembered me... i was banned forever.

youth plus irresponsible alcohol intake equals doom. i don't ever want my kids to know i had such an experience...
