My favorite all time candy ever is Sixlets. They are kind of hard to find, but when I do then I have to buy about 10 of them!!
If you are asking for haloween, then I'd have to say Nerds, Crunch, Snickers, Reces -- but not the bite size, the fun size-- and the like. I think that the coolest haloween candy I ever got was full sized candy bars.

The best chocolate I've ever had came with a Teddy Bear gift.
They are Lake Champlain Chocolates (Vermont). Wow!!!!

that's a toughie, but i reckon the best candy can be determined by wether you can eat on it all day and don't get sick of it easily and you are always in the mood to eat it and it taste good, not too sugary-just right so there for drum roll..................i prounounce the best candy- Rasberry twists (you knowt hey kind of look like licorice

I'm kind of a purist - I think a plain Hershey's chocolate bar is awesome. I also like Jolly Rancher's Fire Stix.
