I thought since Christmas ornaments would be considered in the homecatagory. I would ask here. Does anyone know where I can purchase official "cinnamon Bear ornaments? I am talking about ornaments based on the radio show. Years ago my local station WBBM advertised a local shop, however the station no longer has an old time radio show and I can't remember rthe name of the shop. The show and commercial ran in the late 1980's and I am not sure if the shop is even still in business . Any help would be appreciated

Well I did an extensive search for "The Cinnamon Bear" old time radio classic for christmas ornaments and the only place I found any was ebay. The radio show from 1937 is available on tape, cd, cd-rom from various places online; like amazon, ebay, and a couple other places.

My son made cinnamon bear ornaments in his first grade class.
I suggest that you look in that direction maybe even contact your local school and see if someone has the recipe for them.
I think they used applesauce and elmers white glue and of course lots and lots of cinnamon to make them. I think it took a week to dry out?
sorry I don't recall more about them...other than they smelled wonderful!
