Take her to the vet right away! She might have parvo, especially if she is still moping and refusing to eat:

It's pretty common with puppies, and it can strike suddenly. Even if she was fine earlier this week, she could have very well caught it since then. Get her checked out. She may not have it, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
Best of luck!

Pepto-bismol contains salicylate and children is advise NOT to take this drug by the FDA let alone a dog. Even the Pepto-Bismol company stated that they do NOT recommend giving this products to animals, so I don't know why a vet (as stated previously by another answerer) would consent to this type of drug for his dog. I would not advise giving your dog pepto-bismol. Kaopectate however is recommended for mild intestinal upset in pets. With the use of a syringe, instill the medication deep in your dog's throat to ensure it is swallowed.
Also, starve the dog for 12 hours, normally it would be 24 hours but that is too much for a little dog. Reintroduce small portion of food at very frequent intervals. Best food is the combination of cooked chicken and rice for the next 48 hours. If the dog is still sick (vomiting or diarrhea), it should be taken to the vet immediately due to the high risk of dehydration especially for a puppy.
Conduct your own research and assess what you think is best. I provided 3 links to answer all your questions. Good luck and I hope your puppy feels better.

First , I must ask if the pup has been to the vet, dewormed and had puppy shots?? If not, then the vomiting could be a early symptom of a real problem and needs to see vet!! Parvo can start with vomiting.
Any change in diet, table scraps? Ate too fast? We free feed all of our animals which eliminates gulping down food when bowl is filled. Pups need to eat when hungry so I encourage a full bowl at all times. They will eat when need to.
Yes, pepto bismol is used for certain situations per a vet. But that is for loose stool! and used along with treatment for what caused the problem. Be watching for more vomiting, loose stool and more moping around. Blood in stool, sign of worms. Not eating/drinking---call the vet!

When my puppy had an upset tummy it was normally because of something I was feeding her. Let your puppy eat some grass and if that doesn't help you should probably take her to the vet. But try grass first! I hope she feels better!

My vet whom I swear by. told me when a dog has an upset tummy to give pepto in a medicine dispensor that is a syringe type. Also. boil hamburger and skim the fat off the top. Then make some plain white rice. Mix the two and feed according to your dogs weight. ex- My dog 75 pounds, 1 cup of mixture twice daily.I am sorry your baby does not feel good Puppy kisses to you and her. Goodluck!

As long as he drinks, and it doesn't last more than a day she will be fine.If it lasts more than a day and she won't drink or just lays around, take her to the vet.
Also when dogs have a belly ache they eat grass, take her for a walk.

here is my advise and what my Vet told me to do when my dog has an upset stomach, he said to give him pepto-bismol and i tried that but like your mine would not take it so i called the vet back told him and he said to get an eye dropper and put it in her cheek between her molors and slowly give it to her that way,, I did that and the reason he told me to do it that is cause the eye dropper is so close to the throat that they will not spit back out so i hope this helps and good luck
