don't parallel with abortion. Why force it on those who disagree. I personally would never have my girlfriend get an abortion, I'm also atheist. But you don't see me passing a law that says worship is illegal. So why force your beliefs on another through abortion or gay marriage, it makes no sense if we live in a country that preaches freedom of religion, so why?

I'm pro-abortion, I just don't think I'd want my gf to get it. If she got raped it would be a different story of course.

You could make exactly the same argument about murder as abortion. I am an atheist also. But I find abortion to be beyond what a civilized person should do. And it is even worse because of the birth control options that are available.

The thing with gay marriage isn't that they want to get married. I mean no one stops them from the ceremony or saying they are married now. They really want to force everyone else to say it is OK. I personally don't have a big problem with it, but I am not going to force everyone else to have to say its OK.

Unfortunately, we put more of a price on the egg of a Bold Eagle than we do on human lives. The reason people are speaking against it is not just because of the moral issue but also because no one is fighting for the right of the unborn child. We should be making it a lot easier for good parents to adopt children and not charge them an arm and a leg to be able to adopt. Plan parent is a full profit organization that is only looking out for one thing $$$$$. You are not going to be properly counseled at these abortion clinics there solution is just get rid of it. No one ever talks to these young women not only about other options but about the emotional anguish that many of them suffer. Many women have severe depression and these need to be addressed, seriously,

99% of abortions are done for convenience only.
Ever see the end result of an abortion?
no matter what point in the pregnancy that baby was you will still see body parts.
It is and was a Life.
there fore, it is Murder.
For that crazy insane person., Murder is not wrong either. But society says that is. What is the difference?
one you see on the ground, the other goes in a bucket when the PROCEDURE is done. That is why.

I my self dont agree with abortion, but every woman's circumstances are different, if asked I would discourage a women getting an abortion, but it is up to the women, especailly in cases of rape, incest, or threat to the mother's life. Honestly the only way I myself would consider an abortion is if it threatened my life, I have my son and my brother to take care of.

the reason you would have your gf get an abortion is because you obviously want a kid. why dont you think about it from the 15 year old black girl, on welfare in an abusive family, point of view. Or the girl who got raped and doesnt want to see the rapist face every time she looks at her kid

The people whose personal beliefs don't allow abortion believe that the foetus is a human being. For these people abortion is murder and to let it happen is to be complacent to that murder.

If you think that murder is wrong, would you try to prevent someone from killing a person, knowing that to prevent the murder would mean imposing your values on them?

I never understood why people think they have a right to force there beliefs on others. God said love thy neighbor, yet we seem to only want to do that if they agree with us. The world is in turmoil and they don't even see it. We are suppose to have the right to live our lives the way we want. But, I guess that's only in the movies.

because the baby is innocent, he/she starts growing into a human life form at conception & if someone has no problem murdering an innocent baby, then i think somebody needs to step in. in most cases, why does the girl get an abortion? a statistics page about why women get abortion (i'll have to go look it up) says less than 2 percent do it because of rape. the rest is Selfish reasons, like the baby will interfere with the mom's life. how pathetic.

Wouldn't it be the same thing if all of the people who are pro-abortion tried to "force" their beliefs down our throats? We should bring it to a vote, let the people decide what goes.
