no question is stupid! let's face it, we all find ourselves in need of crazy wisdom sometimes. but no, it is safe to sleep immediately after removing contacts.....why would you question it?

Yes, I always wait 30 minutes before falling asleep just like I never swim right after I eat. Seriously, no there is no time line to wait. For me, who is blind as a bat that is a really good thing.

Wait, there was one time that my eyes got glued shut, oh yeah I grabbed the super glue instead of eye drops.

No way! You can go to sleep directly after taking them out. I've been wearing them for 11 yrs. and every night before i go to bed that is the last thing i do.
