I wonder if I am going over the limit with three shots in my like twice weekly rum and coke? I love to relax to this on an evening when my husband and I are just hanging out. Is that excessive? What do you think?

I think a good rule of thumb is 4 drinks a week. That could be one at lunch and three on a Friday night out. I heard it is recommended to have at least hour alcohol free nights a week. It doesn't sound bad that you have a couple nights with a rum and coke but three shots is kind've a lot. Maybe you could put in two instead.

If I'm driving Ijust have one.....and I spend most of the night refilling it with soda...and sipping......If I have a designated driver I might have 5 or 6................

when I used to drink...my limit was about 5-6 depending on who was buying and driving....
