Nobody told me anything. She showed up, stayed a while, and left when I didn't need her anymore.

Really. What is the foundation of your beliefs? What your friends tell you? What your parents explained to you?

Without a solid foundation ever thing falls apart.

The bible mentions that there are angels that guard us. Scripture does NOT mention "spirit guides." We are to be guided by the Holy Spirit, which is not the same. Those like Sylvia Brown who talk about spirit guides are unbiblical and are false teachers - do not listen to them. Want the truth? Go straight to Scripture. God bless you. ~Nise~

no person/s told me about my spirit guide--she just showed up when I was a teenager--there have been others, but I've never relied on anybody else to tell me they were there

when one talks to you of your spirit guides there is usually a connection that you see or hear that does not makes sense to the person giving the information

Why do you think that the bible was "inspired by God"? That is much more unlikely.
