Yes, I have and it's a bit annoying. But I learned very early where the "permanent ignore" feature is and I use it.

I really had problems when I had my "lime" picture as my avatar. Young men would IM me and hem and haw and beat around the bush. But rarely have they been out-right rude. Once they know they have the wrong address they usually leave. Almost feel sorry for them. Poor little buggers. But there are plenty of women and men on here that like that sort of thing so I doubt if they'd be lonely for very long.

Peace.

Yes. Most people who chat in some form have probably been hit on. The Internet is the singles bars of the new millennium, like it or not.

yes and hopefully we are going to meet and have mad passionate sex!! No seriously you have to do the foundation work first, e-mails,texts,IM conversation, Phone calls, Web chats all that then when you meet for the first time meet in a public place and if that works out whay!! You just have the same chance as meeting weirdos out in the real world as you do on the internet.

A number of times... It really depends on who it is as to how I've reacted to it. If you 'know' the person and they you, it can be quite flattering and it also means you can 'talk' it out because the person may have become important to you. However, sometimes a person can be sleazy or overt with thier intentions and, particularly if they really don't know anything about you, it can be a bit strange.

Yup, don't even think of fallin' for it. I nearly did like three different times, and praise the Lord He kept me from going anywhere with it. Seriously I had a friend that went for an online thing only to find out that he lied about ... well just about everything. I'm begging you, keep out of that crud.

Nope, and i'm glad. I hear that if you stay on the site for over 5 hours, people will start to figure out who you are. Have YOU been hit on? lol
