For an average body, reducing specific areas is in conjunction with reducing overall bodyfat. Decrease your sugar/starch/fat intake and incease the weekly number of minutes your heart rate is in the 75% and above range (approx: 210 - your age).
Since workouts take a bit of time to engage your body's mechanisms to burn fat, work outs are only useful when one's heart rate is kept high for a consistent 30 minutes. Try to keep one body temperature warm all the way to the skin level, allowing for fat to be more easily converted throughout your body's reserves.
To make the most of one's work out, perform it after a fast, limiting the energy stored in the digestive tract: work out after a night's sleep - first thing in the morning, before eating.
To make longer fasts of simply water before working out, avoid eating right before bedtime. To keep your digestive tract moving, eat plenty of high-fiber, low calorie foods.
Movement which is jarring on the joints will detract from a good workout. Heavy weights or only running is not necessary. Walking up hill at a good pace, gradually increasing the duration and/or steepness of the hill (or treadmill angle) can suffice.

None of this advice is novel, and the hardest part is motivation. Find a friend to join you whenever possible, and push them as you'd like to be pushed, and give your rewards (not food!) when goals have been met. Goals should be in inches, not pounds, since bodies change shape dramatically at the start of a workout regimen.

Tummy fat is not good for the body as it increases the chances of many diseases like diabetes, heart attack etc. A whole body workout is required to lose weight from your tummy, spot reduction is a myth, you cannot lose fat by doing stomach crunches or ab workouts only. A complete workout, which includes cardiovascular exercises, helps improve metabolism and you will be able to lose tummy fat quickly. Try to lose weight naturally by doing hard work and controlling your diet.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

I have discovered something that changed my life and my health. It's not a "diet plan" because you don't skip meals, you can still eat normal foods. This plan is simply "added" to your current daily routine. I have lost 17 pounds and 2" in my waist (excess fat on my abdomen - my stomach and waist line is shrinking) in 21 days without skipping meals and without exercise. Besides excercise...Japan just did a study on the effects of brown seaweed ( not as bad as it sounds) they found that it actually helps to eliminate stored fat that is normally difficult to lose expecially in the tummy area. I am currently in japan and have had a few thigns containing the brown seaweed. its not mushy like spinach. They put inside these rice things. I know they have them in America( saw them at walmart before coming to Japan not knowing what it was) but cant think of the name. Its triangle shaped rice stuffed with different things. some with tuna, some with the pickled seaweed, some with beef, pork, crab or chicken. I'm thinking to look for the bag of it to try it out.

You can't specify which fat you lose - you have to lose it all. Sadly, with women, the breast fat goes first, and the butt and thigh fat seems to go last.

To lose 1 pound per week (the recommended rate), you have to lower your calorie intake by 500 calories a day, or raise your calorie burn (exercise) by 500 a day, or some combination of the two.

Sadly, some women never seem to get that front to go flat, no matter what they do. They go to the plasic surgeon.

first u have to know how it is formed.
how fat is formed:-
1.food intake(energy calories intake)=spending the energy throuh work
in this case no residue in ur body-that is no fat formed.
2.food intake>spending
fat is formed.
3.food intake fat is dissolved.
take the third step that means dont take little food it means take low calory food as usual ammount u take dont burn ur stomuch and do more work(exercise). ur fat burn gradually not at once..
make sure of this--no belts no medicines ( medicine of some makes u not hungry it is not good to alter the food process of us)will do this ok.....
