I'm pretty sure you won't be seeing the headline, "Ginger cures Cancer" in the Journal of the American Medical Association any day soon. Personally, I'd opt for the traditional Western cures given their track records.

Ginger doesn't do much, but Mary Ann did some nice things for my puberty issues tho.....

Cancer is suppose to be caused by a ph balance that is too acidic. I have read that the best way to avoid cancer is by keeping a good ph balance. You can purchase strips for testing your ph balance. you can go on line and get a lst of alkaline and acidic foods by typing in Alkaline foods/ Acidic foods. I hope this helps.

Would surely have taken on world wide prominence should this be so..I haven't seen anything appearing in the media anywhere yet. Or even the medical journals. What a stupendous breakthrough this would be.

NO! Ginger cannot cure cancer. I don't care what she says she can do.

If it did, do you not think it would be in general use for cancer?

Well, if it did, I'm sure they wouldn't publicize it, because it's a natural substance, and they can't patent it, put a label on it, and sell it like the drugs they do now.
