God wanted to create many more things after the creation of Woman! But then, Alas !! A single blunder committed by him has broaken/ shattered his heart to the extent that he couldn't even dared to think of creating any thing further ! [With due apologies to Woman folks!!]

because Adam hadn't even been on the planet a full day and he was already screwing things up. I mean look at the animal names for example. So God had to create woman to fix the mess.

It wasn't part of his initial plan. After God created man which was his most priced and perfect creation, he decides to create woman for man companion . Boy did he made a mistake. I guess even God is not perfect.
