Seems to be good at least for lactose intolerance...anything else??

I've been drinking Silk for years! I love its texture and taste. I reccommend the chocolate kind.

Yes I'm a vegetarian and was trying new things. I tried the soy milk it is awesome in Kellogg's special K! or with ovaltine! I have not tried the silk milk yet but I'm going to sooner or later!

I use soy milk to mix my soy protein shake in to help me lose weight. the best ones are Silk or 8th continent. 8th Continent seems to be cheaper. By the way, I have lost 95 lbs in 8 months!

i am lactose too i normaly have soy milk it takes a bit to get use to. also i found powered milk didnt effect me

I love silk. It's cholesterol free. You can also get it unsweetened for diabetics.

i cant have soy,,cuz of its natural estrogen effect
my body produces too much estrogen
