HOW DOES ONE POWER NAP PLZ HELP ME

lean your head back against your chair and go to sleep-10 or 15 min-maybe 20 but not too much longer-if you can drift off to sleep that easy-i can-sometimes a quick 15 min helps alot-I do find if i get too comfortable-i sleep too long

usually 20 minutes of rest,, if you need the sleep find the time really sleep, if you can sleep then get some help.. Stress will make ya sleepy all the time,, and power naps are useless!

your best "power nap" is about 20mins. longer than that, and your body starts preparing for REM sleep (deep sleep) so you'll get the same benefit from 20 mins (assuming you're already on a full nights rest).

It is a yuppie term which is meaningless. Get a good 8 hrs sleep. Power naps are nonexistent.

Yes, but you HAVE to follow these instructions. You can sleep for 30 minutes, or you can sleep for 90 minutes. No in between, and no longer. If you sleep longer than one of those two times, you will wake up feeling like crap.

set a timer for 20 minutes and snooze. any longer disrupts the sleep cycles too much

All it is is basically sleeping for 10 mins during your lunch break or whenever. Don't do it though, it just leaves you wanting more.
