What you are going to do is develop an eating disorder. You will only lose as much as your body will allow you. I suggest that you meet with a nutrition expert. You can try a detox diet along with slimming body wraps or some thing like that, but you have to nourish your body. Work out before you eat. Eat a lot a fruit and veggies. You will not get fat from eating friut and veggies. You need to eat to lose any wieght!! Starving your self will bring your metobolism to a hault!

Try and see what happens.
My prediction is that on 200 calories a day, you'll pass out or get sick pretty soon. Probably while you're exercising.
Also, you will lose muscle mass, which will make you look like hell. Additionally, by losing muscle, your body will not burn fat as efficiently - so you may "lose weight," but the weight you have left will be all gooey flab - making you look even more like hell. You'll also feel like hell.
Furthermore, on that low amount of calories, your body will go into starvation mode and start storing all the fat it can. Ironically, it takes fat and calories to BURN fat.
But whatever, do it and see what happens. Let us know - maybe you'll have stumbled on the perfect fitness program.

exercise 4 hrs. a day on only 200 calories a day. i hope you have some one with you , because they are going to be picking you up off the floor.

eating only 200 calories per day is not even close to being healthy, you will make it to the hospital soon. exercise approx 3-5 days per week....CARDIO....eat every 3 hours....a 400 cal breakfast, 100 cal snack, 400 cal lunch, 100 cal snack, and 400 cal dinner and 75-100 cal desert/snack...eat breakfast with in 1 hour after waking....it works...but eat healthy...stay fit...

I kno a easy solution, just go to weight watcher or jenny criage. If that dont work then run 100 miles a day and dont drink no water

this will not only NOT work but will make you miserable. take it slow and steady. no ones gets fat (or skinny) overnight. love yourself to a healthy weight. see a doctor...
