White chocolate isn't made of white cocoa beans. White chocolate doesn't have any chocolate in it at all. White chocolate is mainly just cocoa butter and sugar.

Sorry, there is no such things as white cocoa beans. White chocolate is cocoa butter without the cocoa solids. It usually has added sugar and vanilla.

in the uk, our chocolate is made with a high amount of sugar and is probably best described as a chocolate flavoured fondant
real chocolate like in america is made with lots more cocoa beans, they have to make with more natural ingredients because otherwise it melts really easy there because of the hotter temperatures (but it definitely doesnt taste as nice, i have to stock up before i go to america)
the only problem our chocolate melts easier, but white chocolate really contain hardly any cocoa beans its an artificial fondant again with a minimum of cocoa
i love white chocolate though ;o)

White Choclate is not really chocolate, it is classed as candy. But its really nice any way dont you think. You sound like a fellow chocoholic like me...hi there. Maybe, because white chocolate isnt really chocolate, it may be quite easy to make at home. MMM I think I am going to give it a try. Let me know if you have a try!

they dont use white cocoa beans to make white chocolate. its not even chocolate, its candy. =] but o so delish.

they don't - there is no co coa in white chocolate. Strictly speaking, it is candy, not chocolate at all.
