One more thing: fat located in the abdomen is not always related to your food habits, I think there are some studies that say that stress can contribute to the formation of fat tissue in abdominal regions.

The best thing you can do anyway is go to a nutritionist and ask him what kind of diet is good for you depending on what are you aiming at.

About exercise i suggest swimming and spinning.

Actually if you have a "belly" then don't do like above poster said and eat heaps of protein, that will just make you have big muscles in your stomach but it will still stick out. First you need to just eat right and exercise, mostly cardio such as treadmill, elliptical, or bikes. Then do some weight-lifting because muscle does burn calories faster, but as I stated too much will keep you looking the same just with a muscular tummy.

Check out the Atkins diet. Lost a lot of weight with that one.
Concentrate on the abdomen exercises. Running also helps a lot.

Contacs are not that bad. You get used to putting them in your eyes. Gets some good ones which are easy to care for & you can leave in for long period. Contacts have improved greatly in the last few years.
