The last time I exercised was 3 yrs ago and I started exercising on Tues. for an hr and I noticed yesterday that my body began to feel tiredness like right now I'm at a stage where I can barely keep my eyes open and it's only 8pm. Can anybody tell me what I'm going through currently? Thanks in advance.

the same thing is happening to me right now. when you're working out your body needs time to repair and rest so you have to have a minimum of 8 hours sleep. also if you start exercising heavily and don't adjust your caloric intake properly...your body might be suffering from a lack of fuel...so give it the nutrients it needs for energy and to repair. i'm tired because i've only been averaging 5 hours of sleep a night which is definitely not enough for all the exercise i've been doing.

Before you start working out again, make a plan. For the first week, try working out for around 10 minutes. Then as your body slowly get more fit, add more time until you're at as much time as you wanted to originally.

You're feeling tired because you haven't excercised in a long while. Once you get back on track, you'll feel like you have tons more energy! Good luck!

When you exercise, you expend a great deal of energy. The body replenishes that energy with a weird little process called....SLEEP. When you aren't exercising, you might be fine with 5 hours a day. But when you are exercising, your body needs more rest and you might find yourself sleeping in for 10 hours just to achieve the same level of morning energy that you had before.

The moral: working out doesn't just happen inside the gym, it happens OUTSIDE of the gym too!

It's normal. I run six miles non-stop daily. Somedays I feel like I can down a bull. Other days I feel like a lazy cow. Consult a physician, eat right (whole foods), exercise daily but not too hard at first, take vitamins, sleep, sleep, sleep.

It would be because your body is not use to the hard core exercises. Ease into it and work it up start off doing a half hour and work it to an hour start off doing yoga and ease into like cardio!

No. You are in surely no risk whatever that an ant would "get into your frame" from getting within your vagina. If an ant did get in there by means of mistake, do not fear approximately it. He'll be useless in a while - the pH stability of the vagina could be very acidic. Not hospitable at focused on interlopers.
