probably pizza cuz the average diet last about 3 hours. diets don't work...if you want to lose weight and be healthy then you need to make a "lifestyle change". you need to educate yourself on proper exercise and nutrition and not worry so much about how much you eat but what you eat. i eat constantly all day long and don't gain weight because i exercise on a regular basis and eat foods as close to their natural state as possible...which means....NO white flour, white rice, white sugar, etc...

Whole grain and oats seem to be the most common thing that I run into, because of bread, cereal, and my snacks between meals are those nutri-grain bars.

i would not be able to seriously answer that one, cause we actually end up eating everything that is not on the diet...and eat small amounts of it (thats are excuse to eat it)

Raw milk, raw cheeses, naturally fermented breads, fish, chicken, shrimp, vegetables, fruits...especially blueberries and rasberries, unrefined sea salt, walnuts, soaked almonds, no processed crap or anything artificial. Water.
