I do not usually have acne problems. But I have this one pimple that seems to be very deep inside my skin. It hurts and I want it to surface and go away!

sounds like cystic acne. you really should not mess with them, i know it sucks but you have to leave it alone, or see a dermatologist.

After many years of having a lot of acne I learned that washing it with soap is the best solution. I apply the soap with my fingers pressing somewhat hard against the pimple, like trying to flatten it out. By doing so several times a day the pimple will start to dry faster than you think. I learned this some years ago when I went to get some "ionization" therapy against acne, where the girls scrubbed this liquid really hard against my face with a giant kind of q-tip (like trying to get it into my facial bones). By the end of the session the white stuff of the pimples would be at the surface of the skin (not broken) and drying really fast. Of course yo don't have to scrub that hard, but by applying some of this principle with simple soap I learned that their magic liquids were pure bull.
Just remember not to touch the pimple with your hands after washing it each time.
Hope this works for you too.

If it is really deep, first wash your face with water as hot as you can stand. Then crush an aspirin and make a paste with the crushed aspirin and water, them put it on your pimple. It will reduce the redness and pain, and the warmer the water that you use is, the deeper it will get into your pores. Do until the pimple disappears, and the longest that should take is 3 days, maybe one or two more, but less than a week.

Go to a dermatologist and get medicine injected in the pimple. It's the best way to get rid of really deep pimples.

Warm compresses to to soften it. Peroxide to dry the area out...when you get an opening keep using the peroxide. You can put a bandaid on it. I has to stay clean so it doesn't get bigger.

If you have insurance, see a dermatologist so they can inject it with antibiotics You have an infection under your skin. It won't go away unless you get it to open up, or get antibiotics on the infection.

u can apply a warm compress, it brings the pimple to a head or u can ice it, apply a cold compress to reduce the swelling, then keep applying benzoyl peroxide until its gone. Works everytime.
