Bake a potato in the microwave or oven until it's done. Scoop out the insides and leave the shell. Mash the potato with a little milk, butter, salt, and pepper. (You want a thick mix, so don't add too much butter and milk. Just beat in a little at a time until it's thick but not like concrete.) Add some shredded cheese and/or bacon bits, fill the potato shell, and bake again until the filling is hot.
Get some English muffins, bottled pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni or bacon bits. Put some of the sauce on the English muffin, sprinkle with the cheese and toppings, then bake the whole thing until the cheese is nice and bubbly. Instant mini pizza!
Drain a can of tuna, dump it in a bowl, and add a little bit of mayo or Miracle Whip, a little pickle relish, a little sugar, and some minced onion if you like it. Spread it on the left over English muffins and heat for warm tuna salad sandwiches.
Cut bacon strips in half to fit on a microwave safe plate, and cover with a paper towel. Microwave 5 to 8 minutes until done. (Check on it every minute or so.) Drain the bacon on paper towels, slice a tomato, and wash some lettuce. Make a BLT with your choice of bread and mayo or salad dressing.
Buy packages of chicken nuggets and bake them according to instructions. Eat with ready-made barbecue or other sauces.
If you need more ideas, email me, and I'll try to help.

Pasta! It's an item that is usually on hand. Boil a big pot of water w/ a pinch of salt and a little olive oil. Add pasta to boiling water. (about 1/2 a box, or 1/2 pound). Let boil on med/high for 8-12 minutes. After about 8 min., take 1 piece of pasta out of water w/ a spoon or tongs (don't burn yourself!) and take a bite, pasta should be not too chewey, not too soft. When it is a good tenderness, strain into a big colander (strainer) - use potholders and watch out for steam - it will burn you. You can put just butter, parmesean cheese and salt and pepper on it, or tomato sauce if you have a bottle in the house. The best thing about this for you about pasta is that it is high in carbohydrates! (they make you gain weight, skinny!) Enjoy!

super easy chicken pot pie:
1 bag frozen mixed vegtables
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 10 oz pkg pre-cooked chicken (tyson and perdue make these - called short-cuts), diced into 1 inch pieces
1 can refrigerator biscuits
Mix vegetables, soup and chicken together and put in a 9x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Open biscuits, and lay them out on top of the mixture. Bake until biscuits are brown, about 15 minutes.
quesadilla
shredded cheese
12" tortilla
stuff (chicken, onions, peppers, mushrooms)
hit a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil (or use pan spray). put in a few ounches of chicken, some peppers, onion, mushrooms, whatever you want, and heat it until it's all nice and warm. Stir occasionally. Take this out of the skillet and set aside. Place tortilla in skillet, put some shredded cheese on one half. Add your stuffings on the same half, on top of the cheese. Fold the tortilla over and cook until the cheese melts. Eat with sour cream and salsa.
Hope this works for you!

got eggs? you can make an omelette or poach them. omlette's are really easy. just crack two or three eggs in bowl, whisk them around and add shallots/onions, bacon bits, tuna ...basically whatever you want. poaching eggs is easy too. i like them with instant noodles. boil the instant noodles as normal and crack an egg into the water; basically the water boils the egg but out of its shell. be careful when stirring around the pot because you might poke the cooking egg and it'll go everywhere.
also, you could try toasted sandwiches. if you don't have an actual sandwich toaster, that's fine. i really like creamed corn and melted cheese on a toasted sandwich. basically, get two pieces of bread put whatever you want on one of the pieces; ham, cheese, tuna, chicken~~~ and stick 'em in the oven for about 5 mins at 150 celsius and voila~! fooooood

maybe you can mix some cream of chicken in with that rice and veggies to give it more flavor :)
toast a piece of bread in the oven with a slice of cheese on it.. yummy!
take a piece of bread and butter it, sprinkly a little cinnamon on it, then sprinkle it with sugar... cook in oven just until butter is melted.
mix a few scoops of ice cream in a glass of milk and you got yourself a milk shake.
i like my rice with butter and syrup.
if you want to brave the skillet... take one egg and beat it in a bowl with about the same amount of milk. take 2 pieces of bread and seperately dip them into the mixture then put them in a skillet on low heat.. keep checking the bottom until brown and toasted looking then flip... probably about 2 minutes each on low heat... get some syrup and you got yourself some french toast.

Do you have any money and can you go grocery shopping? Can you use a can opener?
OR maybe you could get your grandmother to do it for you.
If so, you could always buy some canned foods, open the can and heat! Surely you know how to use a stove! (My daughter does her cooking that way because she never wanted to learn to cook!! Maybe that's why she isn't married.)
