Your question is not very clear.
5.5 yards = 1 rod or pole or perch (= 5.0292 m)
Note that perch is linear measure, not a measure of area.
716 m sq is not clear. If you mean 716 square meters, then it is
716/25.2928 = 28.3 square perch
If you mean 716 meters square, then you have 512,656 square meters, and 20, 268 square perch.
If you mean 716 meters to perch, then it is 142.36 perch.

100 c.m =1 m
therefore
{716 *716 * 100 *100}/2.54*2.54= answer in [sq inches]
