Toothpaste before bed, that dries out zits. Drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep. Stress causes acne. Oh, and wash your face in the morning and before bed.

Most products I have used in the past, such as Clearasil or Neutragena, tend to use chemical substances to try and get rid of acne. It seemed to me to irritate my skin more than I would hope. My friend introduced me to the new product which I have been using for 3 months now. It's called Arbonne and it is made from organic materials vs. chemical ones. I find that it helps work with my skin better and clears up my acne better. You can also purchase some pills to take with your skin care package that works on the inside while the skin care products work on the outside acne. Check out their website and see if anyone is a consultant in your area. They have different products for different types of people's needs. There are some for teenagers who are looking for either a way to just cleanse their face or to work directly on teen acne. There are also products for older persons who need to either work on acne or on tightening th skin. I saw a friend once who after a year looked as though she has gotten a face lift because her skin looked THAT much tighter and younger. I would definitely check it out if I were you. Good Luck!

Most people make the mistake of using products that are too strong. The words maximum strength should not apply to most people. Neutrogina makes acne products that clear your skin without making it peel like an onion. I'm sure your familiar with products that make your face more irritated than before the product was applied to your skin. Make sure you wash your face with a gentle cleanser before going to bed. Good luck.

If you have serious acne, the type that scars then you might want to consider going on Acutane. Only do this if you have a real problem and nothing else has worked, there are serious side effects.

I would dilute Tea Tree Oil with water and dab it on my pimple. That usually works.
