How can i stop my hair from shedding? I noticed that I have alot of new growth, but i'm shedding as well. I shed 50 hair per day ( approximately) i know i shed less than 100.

I have tried Nutrine Garlic shampoo and Gralic conditionner. It doesnt seem to slow it down. What else can i do?what products can i use?

This is normal, all girls shed hair everyday. If you blow dry your hair a lot or use a hot iron, I suggest you stop. I used to straighten my hair everyday last year and it became dry and damanged. Now I rarely straighten my hair and it's really shiny and I rarely lose any hair. Part of the reason was last year my hair was really long and that's why my hair shedded more. It's normal, don't worry too much about it. Just don't do things to damange your hair and get monthly trims!

P.S: IT IS SAID THAT EVERYONE SHEDS 100 PIECES OF HAIR A DAY.

Do you have long hair?? I am 23 years old and I remember when I was around 13 and into my older teen years my hair started shedding. The only thing that ever seemed to help was to brush my hair with a full brush at least 3 times per day. Using conditioner every day when you wash your hair should also help. Make sure it's a good brand though or else it will not help.

if there is nothing wrong with your hair, i don't think there is anything you can do about it. 50 hairs a day isn't really that much. maybe you should ease up on the conditioner, that always makes me lose a lot more hair for some reason.

Do you use a lot of chemicals or heated appliances? If so, try to blow dry your hair on the coolest setting. If thats not the case, try going to a dermatoligist. They can reccomend scalp treaments for baldness and alopecia.
