Congrats on your upcoming marriage, hope the stress isn't too bad. I got married a fortnight ago on a motocross track and although i had no music for the entrance my mother had my Happiness by Powderfinger and my girlfriend had All You Need is Love by the Beatles. Another recommendation would be Your My Best Friend by Queen. In the end it depends on the style of your wedding and what YOU & YOUR PARTNER want. Whatever you decide will be right. Hope it all goes well and remember to take some time for yourself a couple of days before hand. Trust me you'll need it.

My brother played some football type music- or at least I assume he was the one to pick that!
I would suggest something that's really fun and represents both of you and what you love. I don't know if I'd go with the Smokey and the Bandit song, but if you like that, then go with it.
I still have NO CLUE what my fiance and I will come in as...thanks for asking, now I can wonder about it some!

Noon wedding just means that you cannot have black tie or white tie, and it is too late for morning coats and ascots. You can have dancing, but it will not be as formal as an evening event. Full band will be over-the-top, but you can always hire a quartet or octet at any time of the day. If you want to hire a band, that's fine - but with the time of day, most might just hire a piano player. Noon as a wedding time tends to indicate that it is a less-formal event, but there's no reason you cannot dance with your new husband and your father.

Pick something fun and meaningful for you. Is there a song they always play at races, a song to pump up the crowd? That would be a good choice, and any of your guests who are familiar with the racing world would get the joke.

"East bound and down"...the rest of the words "load 'em up and truck 'em, we gonna do what they say can't be done, we got a long way to go and a short time to get there, just load up and watch old bandit run." The song is Convoy..
If you want something cute how about he SpeedRacer song. You know. "Go SpeedRacer, go go SpeedRacer."

Have to add, covers your marriage, racing and all that is there.

PLAY "WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS'" perfect.....

Play that old country song, "It's All Over But the Crying"!
(I was given this advice and believe me, it was appropriate).
