okay have any of you had this? its like a wierd headache that i got recently, and its mainly around the forehead and like my head feels heavy and it doesnt actually pain except for the temples and also i just feel really weak and i feel kind of dizzy and dazed and it hurts more with light, oh i am stressed from uni and stuff and when i look at my books i tend to feel worse. what to doooo anyone had this kind of a headache?

and ive been studying its about 9:30am and it is now almost 11pm

it is a tension migraine actually, go to the doctor, ask for a prescription headache med, and take more breaks while studying and don't even think about the books on the break...

Take breaks. Stay Quiet and stay in dim lighted areas. Learn meditation.

Either a tension headache or a migraine. I'd have it looked at by a doctor, just to be safe. :)

sound like you have "eye-strain" along with a big-time tension headache. you also may need reading glasses. i would definitely have it checked out by your doctor. if it is a migraine headache, he can prescribe pills that can work wonders. hope you feel better !!!

it is probably a tension headache...get some rest if ur studying and u dont know it at this point then u probably arent going to know it in the morning.

maybe due to increased intraocular pressure,, try resting you eyes once in a while,, its called clusterd headache that is still painful until the next day, or you can take paracetamol, mefenamic acid, ibuprofen or other NSAID to bye bye the pain,, good luck & god bless in your exams

yes i get it,,the doc says its sinus infection all time..brought on by allergys,,im alergic to dust,and have a bad furnace,,im alergic to the mold the blk spots on the leaves,,thk God my county prohibits leaf burning,,also i had this problem cuz i need to change my glasses(new prescription)
