if a twelve pack is 12 bucks watch for an older dude that looks cool going into a drive thru or a store and say hey man my friends are coming over for my 16 birthday and we want to try a beer i'll give you the change if you buy me a twelve of whatever thats the way i did it and i was a drunk for 15 years from 14 on im sober now 18 years good luck i hope you arent allergic and get sick from this

Well legally you can't, and it's illegal for someone to provide it to you...that's called contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Be creative...you should be able to come up with many ways in which you can score beer. We used to have one method called a 12 pack switch.....

You don't! There's a reason you can't legally get it. You may be too young to understand why, but someday you will.
Being a kid means you're spared the responsibilities of adulthood so why not enjoy that freedom and be a KID, and stop seeking to engage in adult behavior.

stand outside n ask sumbody to buy you some that looks cool, or ask around n see if theres a plcae taht makes fake IDs, my friends got one for 100$.. pretty pricy but worth it in my opinion

Depending, some cab companys will pick up liquor and just drop it off at your house.
