Why don't you go to the doctor and have your hair checked out. That will make you feel good once and for all. The doctor can tell you if you have lice or not, if you have an inflamed itchy scalp or not, etc. If the doctor says that your hair is totally normal and you are totally normal but still itchy, he can direct you on what to do next.

Maybe you are still freaked out about the whole lice thing or your scalp is inflamed from the anti-lice treatments?

If you had lice and went through all the treatments you would be able to see the dead lice and eggs in your blonde hair, because when they dye they have brown/gray coloring on them. When they are alive in blonde hair itis hard to see, because lice are a blonde/clear color with a yellowish tint. You could be like me; just the thought of lice causes me to itch. As a matter of fact since I read this and now answering it my head is itching like crazy. Here is a hint to help keep you from getting lice: Lice go to clean hair not dirty hair and if you wash your hair once every three or four days your will get its' natural oil and lice nor their eggs can stay/stick on oily hair. So until you feel comfortable to the fact that you don't have them I would wash your hair that often not everyday! When others around you get lice I would do the same!!

Don't laugh, but I had this same exact problem about 10 years ago when I was living in Chicago. I even went to the hospital and they told me I didn't have them and I went home. It could've been dandruff causing the itching and white flakes. They make an over the counter lice poison product and I dumped the whole bottle on my head in the shower. They said to just use a certain amount but i wanted to be sure. At least the doctor didn't tell me "You have hypochondria" and I would gasp and say "OH my God! What's THAT?! Oh no. I'm too young to have that. Is there a cure for it?"

okay, i had lice like 3x growing up from school, anyways, we always used RID first, but then my mom would put a mixture of mayo, cooking oil, and a raw egg on our head to help rehydrate our scalp, because the bug shampoo would dry it out... you can email me at babyatgradys@yahoo.com, and i will give you all details...

using the treatments repeatedtivly may be drying your scalp out, try stopping at a hair salon or something and see if they can see anything.

i think the term you're looking for is paranoia

Maybe you do have lice... eeewwww. Use a baby comb, and comb your hair out... if not you may have to cut your hair...
