Any kind of olive oil should work just fine. What do you plan on using for the scrub part? I would use sugar. Pure white sugar, I have a sugar scrub that I always use and I love it. The trick is to apply it to your skin when it is dry, because it is sugar it will dissolve in water. Also you can add drops of Vitamin E and try it with Grape seed oil as well.

extra virgin olive oil is best for TASTE so if you are making a body scrub, spend less money and buy the plain olive oil.

Recipe
Olive Oil Body Scrub

1 cup olive oil
2 cups sea salt
