Try the Miami Ink website. Those guys have done some excellent portrait tattoos.

There is a website called TattooNOW and another vanishingtattoo.com that I saw the other day. I was trying to find out some information on the meanings of tattoos. They had different links to types and styles of tattoos also.

Go to http://www.medicalbodyart.org it has one of the largest flash galleries on the net, but it has thousands of peoples tattoos posted on there including lots of portraits. You have to register on the site, but its free, tell them Mikey sent ya.
