I had to reformat my computer so how do I get all my songs on my ipod onto Itunes again?

You can't put songs from an ipod onto itunes again. They have it that way so that you can't take someone else's ipod and add more songs to your itunes. Unfortunately you have to re-add all of your songs from cds.

Maybe not, your question is not very clear but I think you have done something to your computer and lost all your songs. WELL TRY START --> PROGRAMS --> ACCESSORIES -->SYSTEMS TOLLS --> SYSTEM RESTORE AND SELECT AN EARLIER DATE YOU REMEMBER YOUR COMPUTER WAS WORKING AS YOU WISH.......
