but if ur still worryed here are some tips (healthy tips)
try bay watch, exersice, watch wat u eat, got to the gym, start a running group, rock climing (if u can) and keep ur spirit up

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

starving yourslef doesn't work..I didn't eat a single thing for three weeks and I lost ten pounds but I looked fatter then I was before. Just eat smaller portions of everything, don't consume any soda even diet soda, and do crunches and cardio everyday and it will melt off..good luck and remember weight loss should be for you not anyone else..especially a boy!!

Nicole Richie is not healthy. You don't want to stop eating. In fact you will gain weight because you stomach will slowly start eating your muscles. If you want to lose wieght, eat healthy and excerise daily.

Stop eating and exercise 4 hours a day......then start doing smack and cocaine, and stay up all night.... you'll be dead by the time he gets home, and you won't have to worry about anymore....that's the Hollywood way!

start eating NORMALLY but keep your level of exersize, that means protien, you need sugar so get it from fruits, and some starch like brown rice i do this im skinny, but not an unhealthy Nicole Ritchie skinny thats too far

just run for 45mins a day and watch your calories, less than1500 a day and you'll drop some serious weight
